Pomelo Care is seeking a Director of Advanced Practice Providers to lead a team focused on improving perinatal health outcomes. This role involves recruiting, training, and leading APPs, monitoring quality of care, supporting patient care, and collaborating with clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and lead a team of APPs
• Monitor quality of care and identify training opportunities
• Support the team in addressing barriers to care
• Improve outcomes through population health programs
• Provide insights for process improvements
• Identify professional growth opportunities
• Partner with clinical leadership
• Support patient care when needed

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a Nurse Practitioner Program and active licensure
• 7+ years of APRN experience in maternal-newborn health
• 4+ years of team leadership experience
• Internet connectivity and remote work ability
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Understanding of birth inequity and structural racism
• Proficiency with tech platforms
• Metrics-driven mindset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
