Job Description

Pomelo is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide direct patient care and clinical oversight, optimizing outcomes for pregnant people and newborns through evidence-based care. This role involves collaboration within a clinical pod, complex case review, protocol development, and monitoring of adverse events. The position requires a commitment to improving perinatal outcomes and a data-driven approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Improve clinical outcomes for patients
• Oversee patient medical care
• Attend daily clinical huddles
• Review complex patient cases and develop care plans
• Monitor adverse events and conduct clinical retros
• Lead development of evidence-based medical protocols

Requirements

• Active compact RN license and APP license in Georgia
• 4+ years of obstetrics experience as an APP
• Experience treating high-risk patients and caring for infants
• Passion for evidence-based care and perinatal outcomes
• Experience using data to drive patient engagement
• Experience leading teams and collaborating effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Growth mindset and adaptability
• Proficiency in multiple tech platforms
