Job Description

Pomelo is seeking a CNM or NP to provide direct patient care and clinical oversight, optimizing outcomes for pregnant people and newborns through evidence-based care. This role involves collaboration within a clinical pod, complex case review, protocol development, and participation in on-call schedules.

Responsibilities

• Improve clinical outcomes for patients
• Oversee patient medical care
• Attend daily clinical huddles
• Review complex patient cases and develop care plans
• Monitor adverse events and lead clinical retros
• Develop and review medical protocols
• Participate in on-call schedules

Requirements

• Active compact RN license and Texas APP license
• 4+ years of obstetrics experience as an APP
• Experience treating high-risk patients and infants
• Passion for evidence-based care and perinatal outcomes
• Experience using data to drive patient engagement
• Experience leading teams
• Strong organizational skills
• Growth mindset
• Proficiency in tech platforms
