Job Description

Pomelo is seeking a Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner to provide direct patient care and clinical oversight to pediatric patients, focusing on improving clinical outcomes through evidence-based care. The role involves acute care, health education, care coordination, and participation in on-call schedules.

Responsibilities

• Improve clinical outcomes for pediatric patients
• Provide direct patient care for acute issues
• Provide health education and care coordination
• Review complex patient cases and develop care plans
• Monitor adverse events and lead clinical reviews
• Develop and review evidence-based medical protocols
• Participate in on-call schedules

Requirements

• 4+ years of general pediatric experience as an advanced practice provider
• Experience with newborns and infants, including complex medical needs
• Passion for evidence-based care
• Experience using data to drive patient engagement
• Experience leading teams
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
• Growth mindset and adaptability
• Proficiency in tech platforms
• Active, unrestricted license in TX or GA
• Residence in a nursing compact state
