Pomelo is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered clinical care, focusing on weekend shifts and a flexible weekday schedule. The role involves assessing patients, addressing care gaps, triaging urgent concerns, and providing remote monitoring education. The ideal candidate will have experience in maternal-child health and a commitment to addressing birth inequity.

Responsibilities

• Clinical and psychosocial assessment of new patients
• Identifying and addressing barriers to care
• Reducing care gaps
• Educating patients on remote monitoring equipment
• Responding to abnormal diagnostic results
• Triaging urgent concerns
• Documenting care interactions
• Providing user feedback for program development

Requirements

• BSN and active compact RN license
• 4+ years hospital/healthcare experience
• 3+ years labor and delivery experience
• Flexible and agile thinking
• Internet connectivity for remote work
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Understanding of birth inequity and structural racism
