Pomelo is seeking a Pediatric Care Provider to deliver direct patient care and clinical oversight, optimizing outcomes through evidence-based care. The role involves patient care, care plan development, protocol review, and participation in on-call schedules. They are looking for someone passionate about improving clinical outcomes for pediatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Improve clinical outcomes for pediatric patients
• Provide direct patient care
• Develop care plans for infants transitioning from NICU
• Monitor adverse events and improve protocols
• Lead development of evidence-based medical protocols
• Participate in on-call schedules

Requirements

• 4+ years of general pediatric experience as an advanced practice provider
• Experience with newborns and infants
• Passion for evidence-based care
• Experience using data to drive patient outcomes
• Team leadership experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Growth mindset
• Tech proficiency
• Active, unrestricted license in TX or GA
