Pomelo is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered clinical care to patients undergoing perimenopause and menopause. The role involves clinical assessments, care plan development, patient education, and remote monitoring, with a focus on comprehensive women’s health and addressing health inequities.

Responsibilities

• Clinical and psychosocial assessment of patients
• Establishing individualized care plans
• Developing wellness goals
• Addressing barriers to care
• Reducing care gaps
• Assessing medication/equipment needs
• Responding to abnormal diagnostic results
• Triaging urgent concerns
• Documenting care interactions
• Providing user feedback for program development

Requirements

• BSN and active compact RN license
• 3+ years of experience in outpatient women’s health
• Passion for comprehensive women’s health
• Flexible and agile thinking
• Internet connectivity and remote work capability
• Understanding of health inequity and structural racism
• Willingness to travel occasionally
