Job Description

The Care Model Operations Associate will support the Care Model Operations team by building and scaling operational systems to improve health outcomes through reliable care delivery. This role involves owning subject matter expertise on key vendors, maintaining playbooks, supporting programmatic workflows, and assisting with fact-finding workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own subject matter expertise on key vendors/external platforms
• Make configuration updates to platforms like Athena and Acuity
• Partner with Product Operations to maintain playbook requests
• Own expertise and first line support for programmatic workflows
• Support care ops directors with analysis and rollout support

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in care delivery operations or analytical roles
• Exceptional project management and prioritization skills
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Analytical and investigative skills
• Proactive communication skills
• Experience with Google Sheets/Excel and Metabase
