Job Description

Pomelo is seeking a Customer Success Director to build and maintain strong relationships with health plan and employer customers, ensuring seamless implementations and maximizing opportunities to serve patients. This role involves proactive engagement, internal advocacy, business reviews, risk mitigation, and collaboration with various teams, along with managing a Customer Success Manager.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years experience in consulting, customer success, or project management
  • 5+ years health tech/healthcare experience preferred
  • 2+ years managing a team
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience leading projects
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Self-motivated and metric-driven
