Job Description

Pomelo is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with health plan and employer customers, ensuring seamless implementations and maximizing opportunities to serve patients. This role involves proactive engagement, internal advocacy, business reviews, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Willingness to use data for learning
