Job Description

As an Outbound Enrollment Representative, you will enroll patients into Pomelo Care services, educate them on available resources, and provide support. The role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to establish rapport with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high volume outbound calls
• Achieve member enrollment goals
• Support patients and address concerns
• Document interactions and maintain records
• Collaborate with healthcare providers
• Schedule appointments
• Participate in training
• Manage inbound calls

Requirements

• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm CT
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Strong communication skills
• Goal-oriented and motivated
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willing to work overtime
• Internet connection for remote work
