Job Description

As an Outbound Enrollment Representative, you will enroll patients into Pomelo Care services, educate them on available resources, and support their needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to establish rapport with patients over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high volume outbound calls
• Achieve member enrollment goals
• Support patients and address concerns
• Document interactions and maintain records
• Collaborate with healthcare providers
• Schedule appointments
• Participate in training

Requirements

• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm CT
• Strong communication skills
• Goal-oriented and motivated
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Internet connection for remote work
