Pomelo is seeking a skilled Outreach & Engagement Manager to drive enrollment and activation KPIs by leading and motivating a team of outreach specialists during evening hours. This role involves coaching, training, performance monitoring, and implementing strategies to engage prospective patients while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, public health, or related field
• Experience working some evenings
• Proven experience in healthcare management and outbound calling
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid policies and value-based care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Detail-oriented with organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Familiarity with healthcare software and CRM tools
