Job Description

The Senior Analyst, Strategic Finance will be integral in forming the company’s long-term business strategy and achieving financial objectives. This role involves driving key components of the annual budgeting and multi-year financial planning cycles, building financial models, and providing financial analysis and insights to guide strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive financial analysis and modeling
• Execute financial planning cycles
• Develop and refine key financial metrics and dashboards
• Partner with stakeholders for financial analyses
• Provide financial analysis for strategic initiatives
• Prepare materials for Board-level reporting

Requirements

• 2-3 years of finance experience (investment banking, venture capital, PE, or operating finance)
• Experience in financial analysis and forecasting
• Strong analytical skills with Google Sheets, Excel, and data visualization tools
• Proactive problem-solver comfortable with ambiguity
• Data-driven analytical thinker
• Highly organized with attention to detail
