Pomelo is seeking a Director of Consulting Relations to execute their strategy for building and maintaining strong partnerships with healthcare benefit brokers and consultants. This role is pivotal in enhancing market presence, driving growth, and increasing revenue through these key channels by fostering strategic relationships and aligning partnership efforts with broader business goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a partnership strategy
• Manage consultant relations and cultivate new relationships
• Provide insights on industry trends and market dynamics
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams
• Define KPIs, track outcomes, and provide performance reports

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare benefits, with 3-5 years in benefits consulting
• Proven track record of building strategic partnerships
• Strong consulting and broker contacts
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
• Strategic thinking and analytical abilities
• Experience working independently and managing priorities
• Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders
• Regular travel expected
