Job Description

This Payer Sales Executive role focuses on growing Pomelo’s payer pipeline by managing the complete sales cycle for health plans, from strategy development and relationship building to contract negotiation. The role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare market and the ability to communicate Pomelo's value proposition to key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Source and manage health plan opportunities
  • Communicate Pomelo's value proposition to stakeholders
  • Analyze pipeline data and develop operational processes
  • Develop presentation and proposal materials
  • Collaborate with Partnerships and Marketing teams
  • Advocate for prospective customer needs internally

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales, growth, or business development experience
  • 2+ years of experience selling into health plans
  • Strong problem solving and project management skills
  • Adaptability and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Exceptional communication skills
