Job Description

Pomelo is seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate leads with large employers. This role involves proactive outreach through cold calling, email sequences, and social selling to secure meetings with employer buyers and contribute to the company's growth.

Responsibilities

  • Generate net new opportunities
  • Proactively identify and engage high-potential accounts
  • Deliver value-driven messaging
  • Formulate personalized messaging and collateral
  • Secure meetings with employer buyers
  • Develop tracking and reporting dashboards
  • Hit daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
  • Travel for conferences

Requirements

  • 2+ years of outbound sales development or lead generation experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas
  • Ability to craft persuasive emails and engaging messages
  • Achieving, results-driven mindset
  • Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
