Pomelo is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth to accelerate their partnership pipeline and expand opportunities to serve patients. This role involves sourcing, tracking, and managing health plan and employer opportunities, conducting market research, analyzing data, developing presentations, and collaborating with marketing and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Source, track, and manage partnership pipeline
• Conduct research on prospective partners and policy changes
• Analyze pipeline data and develop operational processes
• Develop presentation and proposal materials
• Collaborate with marketing team
• Advocate for prospect needs internally

Requirements

• 3-5 years of client-facing or analytical experience, preferably from management consulting
• 2+ years of healthcare experience
• Strong problem solving and project management skills
• Adaptability and entrepreneurial mindset
• Exceptional communication skills
