Job Description

Pomelo is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Executive to drive growth with large employers. This role involves managing the end-to-end sales process, developing tailored strategies, and building relationships to expand access to Pomelo's healthcare services.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of direct sales experience
  • 5+ years selling to benefits leaders at large employers (25K+ employees)
  • Experience leading complex sales processes
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with healthcare and digital health
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects
