Job Description

The Technical Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, collaborating with hiring managers across engineering, product, data, and design to support high-priority hires. This role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Attract and source technical talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements
  • Utilize a data driven approach to recruiting

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full time recruiting experience in technical roles
  • Strong experience with direct sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem)
  • Understanding of recruiting best practices and inclusive processes
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Track record of hiring high quality candidates
  • Organized and proactive problem-solver
