ShipBob is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to work within a team focused on receiving, picking, or packing customer inventory. The role involves ensuring product safety, quality, and legality while following standard operating procedures and contributing to a high-performance culture. Responsibilities

• Accepting and processing customer inventory
• Picking and delivering products accurately
• Packing shipments with quality control
• Maintaining product safety and quality
• Following standard operating procedures
• Supporting other areas as needed

Requirements

• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk continuously for 8-10 hour shifts
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and push/pull frequently
• Detail-oriented
• Adaptable to change
• Willingness to perform various tasks
• Must be 18 or older
• Previous warehouse experience is not required
