Job Description

This role involves working within a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience through receiving, picking, and packing processes. Associates are expected to maintain product safety, quality, and legality while contributing to a high-performance culture and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing customer inventory
• Picking products accurately and efficiently
• Packing shipments with quality control
• Handling, storing, and distributing products safely
• Following standard operating procedures
• Contributing to a team environment
• Assisting in other areas as needed

Requirements

• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk continuously for 8-10 hour shifts
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and push/pull frequently
• Adaptability to change
• Detail orientation
• Willingness to perform tasks to completion
• Must be 18 or older
• Quickly understand new processes
