ShipBob is seeking temporary associates to transition into full-time roles. Associates will work within teams focused on receiving, picking, and packing customer inventory, ensuring a high-quality experience. The role involves maintaining product safety, following procedures, and contributing to a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Accepting and processing customer inventory
• Picking and delivering products accurately
• Packing shipments with quality control
• Maintaining product safety and quality
• Following standard operating procedures
• Helping in other areas as needed

Requirements

• Ability to work scheduled shifts with overtime and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and push/pull
• Detail-oriented
• Adaptable to change
• Willingness to learn new processes
• Must be 18 or older
• Previous warehouse experience not required
