Job Description

ShipBob is seeking temporary associates with the potential for full-time conversion to join their fulfillment team. Associates will work within teams focused on receiving, picking, packing, or other duties as needed, contributing to a high-performance culture and ensuring excellent customer experiences. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to adapt to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Accepting and processing customer inventory
• Picking products for orders
• Packing and ensuring shipment quality
• Handling, storing, and distributing products safely
• Following standard operating procedures
• Helping in other departments as needed

Requirements

• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk continuously for 8-10 hour shifts
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and push/pull frequently
• Detail orientation
• Adaptability to change
• Willingness to perform physical tasks
• Must be 18 or older
• Quickly understand new processes
