Job Description

ShipBob is seeking a dedicated General Manager for Fulfillment Operations in their Fort Worth Innovation Center. This role involves managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing departmental operations to drive productivity and achieve revenue goals. The General Manager will be responsible for implementing strategies, managing KPIs, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct fulfillment operations, customer service, and human resources
• Manage performance KPIs and track key metrics
• Partner with merchant care to improve merchant experience
• Identify avenues for continuous improvement using data
• Hire, train, coach, and motivate managers and associates
• Ensure a culture of safety and compliance
• Share knowledge with other locations
• Ensure site performance complies with safety, quality, and legal requirements

Requirements

• 8+ years of leadership experience in warehousing or e-commerce
• 2+ years leading a fulfillment operation
• Experience managing an operational P&L
• Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or E-Commerce
• Degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred
• Demonstrated ownership and results delivery
• Responsible, ethical, and honest behavior
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
• Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles
