Job Description

This position monitors inventory activities for clients at fulfillment centers, allowing operations teams to focus on daily tasks. The role involves investigating discrepancies, performing cycle counts, communicating updates, and resolving inventory-related issues to ensure smooth fulfillment and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Investigate inventory discrepancies
• Perform physical inventory cycle counts
• Reconcile inventory variances
• Communicate updates to ICQA Lead
• Resolve merchant requests regarding inventory
• Ensure timely resolution of variances
• Ensure product safety, quality, and legality
• Follow standard operating procedures
