Job Description

This role is responsible for managing staff, fostering a positive work environment, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing departmental operations within a fulfillment center. The Operations Manager will implement strategies to increase productivity, meet revenue goals, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Direct operational aspects including distribution, customer service, HR, and recruiting
• Meet and exceed merchant expectations
• Manage KPIs and track key metrics
• Use data to identify improvement opportunities
• Hire, train, coach, and motivate team members
• Enforce safety standards
• Share knowledge with other locations
• Ensure product safety, quality, and legality

Requirements

• 4+ years of leadership experience
• Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
• Experience with safety procedures in a distribution center
• Track record of ownership and delivering results
• Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma
