Job Description

This position monitors inbound/receiving activities at regional receiving hubs, resolving merchant-facing requests and investigating discrepancies. The role involves coordinating loads, managing BOL requirements, and ensuring product safety and quality within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve merchant requests related to WRO and URO issues
• Work with partners to resolve merchant concerns
• Investigate WRO discrepancies
• Communicate updates and escalations
• Schedule daily loads
• Manage BOL requirements
• Generate IPP shipments
• Check in/out drivers
• Log appointments
• Resolve Jira tickets and merchant escalations
• Ensure product safety and quality

Requirements

• 1+ years of warehouse experience
• Adaptability to changing conditions
• Ability to work with critical timelines
• Effective communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and push/pull
