The Portfolio Success Manager (PSM) at ShipBob focuses on driving expansion solutions for enterprise-level merchants, building executive relationships, and managing account teams. The role involves strategic business reviews, internal and external innovation, and developing robust account processes with reporting capabilities to secure long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate to improve merchant experience
  • Manage high revenue clients and grow their business
  • Source and close expansion deals
  • Manage contractual negotiations and renewals
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally
  • Coach and build an effective account team
  • Analyze merchant supply chains
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews
  • Utilize data analytics for decision-making

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in sales and merchant services
  • Experience in ecommerce preferred
  • Proven experience in business reviews with C-suite executives
  • Ability to negotiate and deliver contracts
  • Ability to manage and foster a positive team culture
  • Ability to build executive-level customer relationships
  • Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
