Job Description

The Supply Chain Success Manager manages and scales ShipBob’s strategic merchant partnerships, blending fulfillment expertise with executive-level relationship management to deliver long-term success for both ShipBob and its merchants. This role focuses on program leadership, operational performance, and strategic growth goals, requiring both on-site execution and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as program owner for top merchants
• Manage on-site execution and strategic planning
• Conduct regular business reviews
• Partner with Operations leaders to track KPIs and resolve escalations
• Oversee cross-functional initiatives
• Build executive-level relationships
• Act as a liaison between merchants and fulfillment center leadership
• Develop playbooks and reporting frameworks

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in account/program management in supply chain/logistics
• Direct project management experience
• On-site fulfillment/warehouse operations experience
• Track record of managing enterprise clients
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects
• Business review and presentation experience
• Ability to resolve escalations
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
