Job Description

The Supply Chain Success Manager manages and scales ShipBob’s strategic merchant partnerships, blending fulfillment expertise with executive-level relationship management to ensure long-term success for both ShipBob and its merchants. This role involves program leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and on-site fulfillment center engagement.

Responsibilities

• Act as program lead for top merchants
• Partner with fulfillment center teams
• Run cross-functional initiatives
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders
• Conduct regular business reviews
• Track KPIs and implement process improvements
• Oversee network expansions and system enhancements
• Build trusted relationships and present performance insights
• Develop playbooks and reporting frameworks

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in account/program management in supply chain/logistics
• Direct project management experience
• On-site fulfillment/warehouse operations experience
• Track record of managing enterprise clients
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects
• Business review and presentation experience
• Ability to resolve escalations
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
