ShipBob is seeking a Merchant Success Enablement Manager to design, rebuild, and scale the enablement function supporting merchant-facing success teams. This role will focus on creating documentation, training programs, playbooks, and communication frameworks to empower teams and deliver exceptional outcomes for merchants.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 6-7+ years of experience in merchant success/revenue enablement
• Experience with Customer Success teams
• Strategic thinking and systems mindset
• Track record of exceeding goals
• Comfort in fast-paced environments
