Job Description

The Operations Implementation Manager will manage the onboarding of large Powered By merchants into the ShipBob operational ecosystem, working cross-functionally with various teams to ensure a smooth implementation and resolve complex issues. This role focuses on strategic needs, SKU profiles, and custom packaging to facilitate client growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with Merchant Implementation, Quality, SFN Operations, SIC Operations, Forecasting, Analytics, and Sales teams
• Strategize merchant placement based on SKU profile and pack expectations
• Act as escalation point for fulfillment issues during onboarding
• Oversee onboarding operations for Mid-Market merchants
• Analyze volume needs and coordinate with forecasting teams
• Find scalable solutions to merchant's custom requirements
• Comply with food safety and compliance policies

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Fulfillment Operations and/or Operational Program Management
• Experience interfacing with Merchants/Suppliers/External 3rd Parties
• High EQ and strong interpersonal skills
• Track record of running initiatives and working cross-functionally
• Solid program management skills
• Experience with PowerBI and Microsoft Excel
