Job Description

The Senior Customer Success Manager will be responsible for helping enterprise clients achieve their desired outcomes through the adoption and application of GWI’s product and data sets. This role involves proactive relationship building, education, and consultative support to drive value and growth for a portfolio of global clients.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Consult clients on solving challenges with GWI
  • Create and track success plans
  • Identify and support growth opportunities
  • Deliver regular usage reports
  • Collaborate with CSEs on user engagement and onboarding
  • Forecast and mitigate account risk
  • Deliver custom projects and workshops
  • Channel customer feedback

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proactive and organized team player
  • Ability to present data confidently
