Job Description

The VP of Strategic Partnerships will lead and scale GWI’s global partnerships organization, driving revenue and ensuring partner-sourced opportunities are high quality. This role requires cross-functional collaboration and ownership of partner-generated revenue, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop the Partner team
  • Oversee partner onboarding and enablement
  • Conduct partner reviews and executive meetings
  • Implement and optimize partner programs
  • Own and hit revenue targets
  • Drive growth across ISVs and strategic partners
  • Establish and monitor KPIs
  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, and RevOps
  • Collaborate with Research, Product, and Trials
  • Maintain pipeline governance and data accuracy
  • Manage partner agreements and invoicing

Requirements

  • Strong background in SaaS partnerships with revenue accountability
  • Success building partner-led revenue motions
  • Strong analytical capability
  • Experience developing KPIs
  • Experience refining partner-driven sales processes
  • Accountable leadership with a focus on delivery
  • Exceptional communication skills
