Cortex is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to be a strategic partner for large, sophisticated customers, ensuring they achieve tangible business outcomes with the Cortex platform. This role requires bridging technical expertise with strategic business value, guiding customers through implementation and high-level conversations about productivity and ROI. It's a high-impact position for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering results.

Responsibilities

  • Own customer journey post-sale, leading onboarding, adoption, success, and renewal
  • Drive value realization by aligning Cortex to customer initiatives
  • Serve as a technical advisor on Cortex platform and related technologies
  • Lead executive-level conversations during business reviews and negotiations
  • Identify risks and opportunities, creating action plans for customer health
  • Advocate internally for customers, influencing product roadmap
  • Raise the bar for technical adoption and customer outcomes
  • Contribute to the evolution of the Customer Success motion
  • Travel up to 30%

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or similar roles in SaaS
  • Proven success managing large enterprise accounts
  • Ability to communicate with technical users and executives
  • Deep understanding of SDLC, DevOps, cloud infrastructure
  • Strong business acumen and ability to frame technical work in business terms
  • Bias toward action, ownership mentality
  • Outstanding communication skills
