Job Description

Cortex is seeking a GTM Engineer to be the technical engine behind their pipeline. This role involves building, automating, and iterating on systems and processes to deliver high-quality pipeline, experimenting with messaging and tools, and developing AI-powered automations. The ideal candidate will be a builder who can turn data, experiments, and strategy into actual pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline generation end-to-end
• Own Campaign Operations
• Design, implement, and maintain automations and integrations
• Rapidly test new messaging, enrichment tools, workflows, and engagement tech
• Serve as the connective tissue for cross-team plays
• Turn solutions into playbooks for the team
• Own the operational health of the GTM tech stack

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years in RevOps, Growth, or GTM Operations roles at a B2B SaaS company
• Experience building with marketing and sales tech (Marketo, Salesforce essential)
• Comfort with experimentation, testing, and rapid iteration
• Obsessed with pipeline health
• Strong communicator
