Job Description

As a Customer Success Engineer, you will help customers maximize the value of Torq’s security hyperautomation platform by providing technical expertise, problem-solving, and feedback to product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers on their automation journey
  • Provide expert technical support
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams
  • Stay up-to-date with security and automation developments

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with SOAR/Automation technologies
  • 5+ years in customer-facing roles
  • Expertise in security, automation, scripting, and API integration
  • Passion for customer experience
  • Experience with SOC, cloud environments, EDR, and SIEM is desirable
