Job Description

Torq is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to drive customer onboarding, adoption, and expansion. The role involves partnering with stakeholders, advocating for product improvements, and ensuring client success within a rapidly growing AI-native security automation platform.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer onboarding, adoption, and expansion
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive product adoption
  • Advocate for product roadmap improvements
  • Identify and escalate customer issues
  • Map features to customer security environments
  • Align business benefits with customer needs
  • Manage renewals and collaborate with internal teams
  • Monitor key performance metrics

Requirements

  • 3+ years of CSM experience
  • Security knowledge
  • Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, Azure) preferred
  • Salesforce proficiency
  • Experience with customer success tools (ChurnZero, Gainsight, Totango)
  • Strong consulting and project management skills
  • Self-driven and process-oriented
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
  • Spanish proficiency preferred
