Responsibilities
Handle US support tickets
Manage US IT equipment and stock
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding
Implement and maintain security compliance
Implement new IT/Security Tools/Services
Requirements
3+ years of IT support experience
Experience with MacOS MDM systems
Experience with Google Workspace
MacOS troubleshooting experience
Proficiency in scripting and automation
Service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
