Job Description

Torq is seeking a Director of Marketing Operations & Analytics to own the systems, data, processes, and insights that power their global demand engine. This role will focus on architecting and evolving the marketing tech stack, advancing attribution and analytics, optimizing lead workflows, and ensuring the marketing organization has the systems and intelligence needed to scale efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Own marketing technology stack
  • Evaluate and implement new tools
  • Maintain system hygiene and compliance
  • Own marketing database and audience segmentation
  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards
  • Lead advanced analytics
  • Develop and own attribution model
  • Own end-to-end lead management framework
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership
  • Optimize lifecycle stages
  • Own website strategy and roadmap
  • Oversee website experimentation and CRO
  • Build multi-touch attribution framework
  • Publish monthly marketing performance narratives
  • Partner with Growth, Revenue Ops, and Finance
  • Track marketing operations trends
  • Introduce best practices
  • Develop scalable processes

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing operations, analytics, or revenue operations
  • Proven expertise managing marketing operations, databases, and tech stacks
  • Strong technical understanding of MAPs, CRM, CDPs, BI tools, and web analytics
  • Deep experience with lead lifecycle frameworks
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Experience supporting high-growth teams
  • Collaborative leader with excellent communication skills
  • Curious, innovative, and focused on automation and data excellence
