Job Description

Torq is seeking a Sales Engineering Manager to build and manage the Sales Engineering strategy. This role involves leading a team, aligning with sales objectives, and ensuring customers achieve value from Torq’s AI security solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale Sales Engineering team
  • Develop and execute SE strategy
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing
  • Coach and mentor Sales Engineers
  • Ensure process discipline
  • Deliver impactful enablement
  • Represent Torq externally
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering
  • Maintain operational excellence

Requirements

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in pre-sales or sales engineering
  • 7+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering or solutions architecture
  • Track record of building high-performing teams
  • Understanding of pre-sales process and enterprise sales
  • Technical depth in Cloud Security and automation
  • Experience with scripting/programming
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity products
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Success engaging with Fortune 1000 customers
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Willingness to travel
