Torq is seeking a Sales Engineering Manager to build and manage the Sales Engineering strategy. This role involves leading a team, aligning with sales objectives, and ensuring customers achieve value from Torq’s AI security solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead and scale Sales Engineering team
Develop and execute SE strategy
Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing
Coach and mentor Sales Engineers
Ensure process discipline

Represent Torq externally
Collaborate with Product and Engineering
Maintain operational excellence
Requirements
3+ years of leadership experience in pre-sales or sales engineering
7+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering or solutions architecture
Track record of building high-performing teams
Understanding of pre-sales process and enterprise sales
Technical depth in Cloud Security and automation
Experience with scripting/programming
Familiarity with cybersecurity products
Exceptional communication skills
Success engaging with Fortune 1000 customers
Strong organizational and project management skills
