Job Description

Torq is seeking a Sales Engineer to build and manage the SE strategy in a hyper-growth environment. This role involves providing technical expertise to the sales team, understanding customer needs, and delivering presentations to showcase the value of Torq's AI security solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide pre-sales technical expertise
  • Lead Sales Engineering team
  • Partner with sales and product groups
  • Ensure accuracy of internal systems
  • Deliver presentations to customers
  • Promote products at events
  • Collaborate with internal teams
  • Provide product development input

Requirements

  • 5+ years of pre-sales engineering experience with SaaS Cloud Security
  • Deep understanding of pre-sales processes
  • Public Cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • Scripting/programming experience (Python, Powershell, bash)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with cybersecurity solutions (SIEM, SOAR, EDR)
  • Success working with Fortune 1000 companies
  • Excellent project management skills
