Job Description

Torq is seeking a strategic Sales Readiness Enablement Manager to enhance the field sales team's messaging, product knowledge, and competitive confidence. This role bridges Product Marketing, Revenue Enablement, Product, and Sales to ensure sellers are equipped with the necessary tools and training to generate pipeline and close deals, focusing on GTM storytelling and AI sales readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Operationalize product marketing insights into seller-friendly formats
  • Develop and deliver product enablement programs
  • Lead product launch readiness efforts
  • Build and maintain competitive resources
  • Enable sellers with vertical-specific messaging
  • Drive field adoption of AI tools
  • Capture and codify winning behaviors from top sellers
  • Liaise with sales leadership and other teams
  • Design and facilitate training
  • Build and measure success metrics
  • Stay current on industry trends

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in Sales or GTM Enablement within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Cybersecurity experience preferred
  • Understanding of modern selling methodologies
  • Ability to build and measure enablement programs
  • Excels in high-velocity environments
  • Exceptional facilitation and communication skills
  • Strong business acumen and data-driven approach
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gong, and enablement platforms
  • Comfortable working autonomously
