Job Description

Torq is seeking a Systems Engineer to build, automate, and optimize the GTM systems that power their revenue engine. This role will focus on pipeline management, opportunity workflows, and deal acceleration, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate business goals into scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Build Salesforce automations and Flows
• Design AI-native automations
• Integrate Salesforce with GTM tools
• Maintain and evolve GTM systems architecture
• Conduct data audits and optimize workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Document processes and train end users

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of Salesforce administration or GTM systems engineering experience
• Deep expertise with Salesforce Flows and data model design
• Strong understanding of GTM processes
• Experience integrating Salesforce with various GTM tools
• SFDC Certified
• Clari Certified
• Proficiency with SQL or SOQL
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively
