Job Description

Torq is seeking a strategic and execution-driven Vice President of Sales, Americas to lead their U.S. sales organization through its next phase of expansion. This pivotal leadership role requires a seasoned cybersecurity sales executive with a proven track record of scaling revenue engines at high-growth, venture-backed companies.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Americas go-to-market strategy
  • Lead, inspire, and elevate a high-performing enterprise sales team
  • Identify and unlock new market segments
  • Build and refine a repeatable, data-driven sales process
  • Evaluate performance metrics and optimize forecasting
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop exceptional sales talent
  • Build a culture of accountability and high performance

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise cybersecurity sales leadership
  • Deep understanding of complex security and cloud solutions
  • Proven success scaling revenue in a Series C startup environment
  • Documented track record of exceeding ARR targets
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset
