The Controller is responsible for leading all financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, period-end close activities, tax-related and audit interactions across multiple subsidiaries under the Bedrock Manufacturing platform, including Shinola and Filson. This role oversees accounting and finance teams and partners with the CFO and senior leaders to ensure financial accuracy and strategic alignment.
