Filson is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to support the team through personal selling and store operations, while upholding strong visual merchandising standards and providing exceptional customer service. The role focuses on acting as an outfitter, understanding customer needs, and promoting Filson’s high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and act as an outfitter
• Support marketing events and in-store promotion
• Ensure Filson Standards are met
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment
• Support store operations and company policies
• Abide by Time & Attendance policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience
• Strong communication skills
• Commitment to superior service
• Energetic and dependable
• Merchandising and visual sales skills
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Basic math skills
• Must be 18+ years old
• Able to stand for 8 hours
• Able to lift and carry 30 pounds
• Able to reach overhead
• Able to bend, kneel, or stoop
