This role leads and manages all aspects of the real estate portfolio and workplace services within a designated region, ensuring alignment with global standards, optimizing cost-effectiveness, and fostering a safe and productive work environment. The position has full financial accountability for the region's real estate and workplace services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional real estate and workplace services strategy
• Oversee regional real estate portfolio including acquisitions and lease management
• Manage regional real estate and workplace services budget
• Ensure delivery of high-quality workplace services
• Oversee real estate and workplace projects
• Ensure HSSE compliance
• Manage vendor relationships
• Lead and develop a team of real estate and workplace professionals
• Implement global real estate and workplace standards
• Ensure compliance with sustainability goals
• Ensure accurate data collection and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field
• 10-15 years of experience in real estate and workplace management
• 5+ years in a leadership role
• Experience managing a large real estate portfolio
• Strong financial management skills
• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
• Experience managing large-scale projects
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Global organization experience preferred
• Professional certifications a plus
