WPP is seeking a skilled AI Agent & Prompt Engineering Subject Matter Expert to help B2B clients adopt and leverage AI agents and prompt engineering techniques. The role involves designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing AI agents, driving user adoption, and establishing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Define AI agent goals and functionalities
• Design agent architecture
• Automate tasks with AI agents
• Monitor and improve agent performance
• Develop and maintain knowledge bases
• Develop and optimize prompts for AI applications
• Maintain a repository of successful prompts
• Contribute to end-user materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Stay up-to-date with AI advancements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Data Science, or related field
• Significant experience in AI, machine learning, or natural language processing
• Proven experience in prompt engineering and AI agent development
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and algorithms
• Experience with programming languages (Python, Java, C++)
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks
• Experience with data analysis and knowledge representation
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
